Questions about what the game collects are answered in full by the privacy policy. To exercise a right under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or an equivalent law, write to the same address; because the game collects no directly identifying information, include whatever identifier you have — an online username, or the app-instance id from the game's settings — so the request can be matched to something.
Online accounts are anonymous and can be deleted from inside the game in about three taps. Full instructions, and what happens to finished matches, are on the delete-account page. If you no longer have the game installed, email the address above with your online username and the account will be deleted for you.
